Welcome to Indy Property Investors!
We are a group of private Real Estate investors who purchase properties in Indianapolis and the surrounding areas to fix and sell or lease, or even just rent out. Some investors have apartment buildings, some have single family homes and some just buy homes to resell to other investors!
At one time we were ‘new’ investors and someone helped us out. Now it’s our turn. Please join us on the 2nd Thursday of each month and let us help you learn how to make money in Real Estate. To help defray the cost of the hotel we charge $20.00 for non members.
